Hi I am Shelby, I am just a pup but I am very timmed. I was found wondering on a busy road when someone picked me up and brought me to the shelter. I am doing better but I am going to need lots of one on one attention  to get me to come out of my shell. When I do get to know you I love to sit in laps and just sunggle. I hope there is a home out there for me!
