Hi I am Hershy, I was found wondering on a busy road when a nice man picked me up and brought me to the shelter. I have some skin issues but it's an easy fix, I have a flea allergy. As long as you can keep the fleas off me I will never even show signs of having an allergy. I hope I can find a home that will love and care for me the rest of my life.
